Pastoral Care

We work hard in our school to achieve a calm, organised and positive atmosphere.

A small school allows us to get to know each student as an individual and also foster a strong sense of community.

Each student feels they matter, have something to contribute and are being cared for.  There is a real emphasis on ensuring each student is safe and happy.

We place great importance on the partnership that exists between parents, the school and the students, all working in harmony together.  We all have a role to place in getting the best out of your child.

There is a committed and clear pastoral care structure consisting of student mentors, prefects, tutors, year heads and guidance counsellors.   All our staff play an active role in looking after each student and ensuring they are valued.
