Fees and Financial Aid

Careful management of finances have enabled the school to maintain fees at a competitive level. Annual fees are billed in two instalments - September and February.

Sibling Discounts:

A sibling discount applies to families with more than one child attending the school. The current family discount is 15%.

Scholarships:

An academic scholarship is open to all students entering first year. The exam is held on the first Saturday of February and consists of an English, Mathematics and Irish exam. Students in receipt of an official exemption from Irish will not be required to sit the Irish part of the exam.

Copies of the previous years exams are issued to teachers of sixth class in December each year.

SEC Grants:

Students from Protestant backgrounds may be eligible for financial support from the Secondary Education Committee. Full details and application forms are available from the office in October/Nov of the year before your child begins his/her secondary education.

Other Grants:

Other grants may be available from the school. Applications should be made in writing to the Headmaster
